JAMES T. EHRHARDT is a partner and principal with Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, LLP. His practice includes the defense and trial of general and vehicular liability claims, and insurance fraud cases, as well as the handling of general and commercial litigation, real estate matters and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, Mr. Ehrhardt was a member of a small general practice firm where he concentrated in civil litigation, including plaintiff's negligence, general and commercial litigation. He also served as trial counsel to several area firms on negligence matters. His practice also included real estate and other transactional matters. Prior to working at his own firm, Mr. Ehrhardt was associated with several general practice firms. He primarily handled all types of litigated matters for these firms.

James Ehrhardt was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1984. He is a member of the Suffolk County Republican Committee and the Suffolk, Nassau and New York State Bar Associations. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1983. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science which was conferred upon him, Cum Laude, by the State University of New York, College of Cortland, in 1980.
