MICHAEL A. SORIANO is a partner and principal with Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, LLP. His practice focuses on defense litigation involving matters of fraud, general liability, and insurance coverage analysis.

Prior to joining Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, Mr. Soriano was a senior associate with a law firm concentrating in the defense of cases involving suspected arson, fraud, and exaggerated damages. Mr. Soriano also has extensive experience in handling matters of subrogation from inception through and including trial. Mr. Soriano has given a variety of seminars for claims professionals and special investigative personnel on topics including: The Conducting and Use of Examinations Under Oath, First Party Punitive Damages, and Proof of Loss Defenses in Matters of Suspected Property Damage Fraud.

Michael Soriano was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1990, and he is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.

He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1990. His Bachelor of Arts Degree in English was conferred upon him, Magna Cum Laude, by Hofstra University in 1987.
