RICHARD C. AITKEN is a partner with Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, LLP. His practice includes daily management of cases from inception through trial in defense litigation involving matters of vehicular negligence, premise liability, no-fault coverage, insurance fraud, uninsured motorist claims and underinsured motorist claims and coverage analysis.

Prior to joining Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, Mr. Aitken was an associate with a small general practice firm where he concentrated in criminal defense, plaintiff's negligence and family law. He was responsible for handling all aspects of these matters from the inception through trial.

Mr. Aitken was admitted to practice in New York in 1994 and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1995. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.

He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Jacob D. Fuschberg School of Law, Touro College in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration which where conferred upon him, Cum Laude, by Ohio University in 1990.
