STEWART C. FINK is a partner with Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, LLP. His practice includes trials in defense litigation involving matters of vehicular negligence, premises liability, product liability, construction site accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, insurance fraud, as well as numerous other general litigation claims.

Prior to joining Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, Mr. Fink was a partner with the firm of Rivkin, Radler & Kremer, the largest defense firm on Long Island, where he supervised the Trial Practice Group and the Insurance Fraud Litigation Unit. As a Litigation Partner, Mr. Fink tried a multitude of cases arising from all areas of litigation. Many of his cases have been reported in the New York Jury Verdict Reporter, as well as other periodicals. His prior experience also includes having worked as trial and managing attorney in the defense of personal injury and property damage claims for a major New York liability insurance carrier.

Mr. Fink is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association (Speaker's Bureau) and the Nassau/Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. He is also an instructor with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Fink has given presentations on suspected insurance fraud before both the New York Anti Car Theft and Fraud Association and the National Insurance Crime Bureau. He has also presented, at meetings and seminars, on topics including: Article 51 of the New York State Insurance Law ("serious injury" threshold) and Effective Insurance Claims Management.

Stewart Fink was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982 and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1985. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America in 1993.

He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Pace University School of Law in 1981 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 1978.
