VINCENT F. GERBINO is a partner and principal of Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, LLP. His practice includes case management and trial in defense litigation involving insurance fraud, premises liability, vehicular negligence, construction law, product liability and coverage analysis.

Prior to joining Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano, Mr. Gerbino was a senior associate with a large defense firm where he handled personal injury cases in all fields of negligence. His practice concentration included general negligence case and embellished injury cases and claims involving suspected insurance fraud. Mr. Gerbino also has extensive experience in the management, analysis and arbitration of personal injury claims brought pursuant to the "no-fault" uninsured and underinsured provision of personal and commercial automobile policies.

Vincent Gerbino was admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey in 1988. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State and District of Columbia Bar Associations, and also belongs to the Columbian Lawyers Association.

He received his Juris Doctor Degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1988 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science was conferred upon him from New York University in 1985.
